基于分布式视频技术的班组同质化管理系统开发与应用

摘　　要：为解决班组间管理水平参差不齐的问题,实现内外班组同质化管理目标,通过引入分布式视频编解码、分布式存储等技术,设计并研发了一套基于分布式视频技术的班组同质化管理系统。该系统采用“管理系统+智能大屏+无线移动APP”模式,将所有内外部班组信息纳入统一管理,实现同质化管理目标。经实践试用有效验证了该系统的实际效果。In order to solve the problem of uneven levels of management in different teams and realize the goal of the homogenization management in internal and outsourcing teams,a team homogenization management system based on the distributed video technology was designed by introducing such technologies as distributed video codec and distributed storage.The system adopts a mode integrating“the management system,the intelligent large screen and the wireless mobile APP”,which incorporates all the information of internal and outsourcing teams into unified management to realize the goal of the homogenization management.The trial effectively verified its actual effect.
