摘 要:在碳中和愿景下,为清洁能源搭配低碳的辅助服务及备用电源,是其取代化石能源发电、大规模接入电网运行的关键。针对清洁能源发电技术特点,以负荷需求及成本最优为目标,在满足风力发电与光伏发电出力约束的条件下建立清洁能源最优建设模型。同时,以碳排放最小化为目标,将火电站与电池储能电站作为清洁能源辅助系统,建立了清洁能源与辅助电站的最优投资模型。以某省实际数据对双层模型进行求解,发现在处置电池碳排放较高的情况下,在清洁能源出力不足时,用将火电机组与储能进行配套建设作为辅助发电机组,能够实现碳排放最优条件下综合辅助成本最低的目标。In the vision of carbon neutrality,matching low-carbon auxiliary services and backup power sources for clean energy is the key to replacing fossil energy power generation and realizing large-scale grid connection.According to the technical characteristics of clean energy power generation,aiming at optimal load demand and costs,the optimal construction model of clean energy is established in the condition of satisfying the output constraints of wind power and photovoltaic power generation.At the same time,with the goal of minimizing carbon emissions,the thermal power station and the battery energy storage power station are taken as clean energy auxiliary systems,and the optimal investment model of clean energy and the auxiliary power station is established.Based on the actual data of a province,the two-layer model is solved.It is found that when dealing with high carbon emissions of the battery in the period of insufficient clean energy output,the supporting construction of the thermal power unit and energy storage serving as the auxiliary generating set can achieve the goal of the lowest comprehensive auxiliary costs in the condition of optimal carbon emissions.
