摘　　要：聚焦于当前大学生心理健康问题的严峻形势,分析了高职院校心理健康工作存在的短板,提出构建一种将“心理健康教育、宣传活动、咨询服务、预防干预、人力资源保障”五位一体协同推进的前置主动式心理健康工作体系。通过深入剖析现有体系的不足,提出一系列具体构建策略,以期从根本上改变事后补救的被动局面,有效提升大学生心理健康水平。Focusing on the current severe situation of college students'mental health problems,this paper analyzes the weaknesses of the work of mental health in vocational colleges,and proposes the construction of a proactive mental health working system integrating“mental health education,propaganda activities,consultation services,prevention and intervention,and human resources guarantee”.Based on in-depth analysis of the deficiencies of the existing system,a series of concrete strategies for its construction are presented to fundamentally change the passive situation of remedying something after it happens as well as effectively improving college students'level of mental health.
