摘　　要：探究人工智能时代下的教育管理及实践变革,分析人工智能与教育管理之间的内在关联,是对人工智能领域的关注,也是对教育领域的重视。文中结合经济社会发展及高校人才培养需求,探讨了构建智能化物流专业实践基地对提升高校学生实践能力和创新能力的重要意义。文中以物流专业智能化实践基地建设中的关键问题为着力点,探讨高校学生管理与创新培养的策略。通过研究发现,在智能化背景下,高校应通过引入先进的智能设备、物流信息系统和大数据分析平台,为学生提供真实的操作环境,提升其实践技能;同时,高校还应制定个性化培养计划,通过灵活的课程设计和多元化的教学模式,帮助学生掌握智能化背景下的信息技术。以上研究表明,实践基地的智能化建设不仅提升了学生的就业竞争力,也为经济社会输送了高素质的创新性人才。Exploring the change of education management and practice in the era of artificial intelligence,and analyzing the intrinsic correlation between artificial intelligence and education management is a concern for the field of artificial intelligence and the emphasis on the field of education.Combined with the economic and social development and the demand for talent cultivation in colleges and universities,this paper discusses the significance of constructing an intelligent logistics professional practice base to enhance the practical ability and innovation ability of students in colleges and universities.This paper focuses on the key issues in the construction of intelligent practice base for logistics majors,and discusses the strategy of student management and innovation cultivation in colleges and universities.Through the study,it is found that under the background of intelligentize,colleges and universities should provide students with a real operating environment and improve their practical skills by introducing advanced intelligent equipment,logistics information systems and big data analysis platforms;at the same time,universities should also formulate personalized cultivation plans,and help students master information technology under the background of intelligence by means of flexible curriculum design and diversified teaching modes.The above study shows that the intelligent construction of practice base not only enhances the employment competitiveness of students,but also delivers high-quality innovative talents to the economy and society.
