摘  要:在“互联网+”时代的强力驱动下,物流行业加速迈向智能化与自动化,故物流管理专业嵌入式系统教学的改革与创新意义重大。文中深入探讨当前该教学领域存在的问题,包括技术更新与教学资源适配难题、实践与理论结合不深、校企合作可持续性受挑战以及学生能力差异与个性化培养缺失等。针对这些问题,提出构建动态教学资源更新机制、强化教师技术培训、优化课程体系、改进教学方法、完善校企合作机制、实施分层教学及开展个性化辅导等改革举措。通过这些改革与创新,为提升物流管理专业嵌入式系统教学质量、培养适应时代需求的高素质人才指明方向,助力物流行业智能化发展。Driven by the era of“Internet+”,the logistics industry is rapidly advancing towards intelligence and automation.Therefore,it is of great significance to reform and innovate embedded systems teaching for logistics management major.This paper discusses in depth the current challenges in this field,including difficulties in adapting technological updates to teaching resources,insufficient integration of theory and practice,sustaining school-enterprise cooperation,variations in students'abilities,and a lack of personalized training.To address these issues effectively,several reform measures are proposed,such as establishing a dynamic mechanism for updating teaching resources,enhancing teachers'technical training,optimizing the curriculum system,improving teaching methods,perfecting the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism while implementing stratified teaching approaches and providing personalized counseling.Through these reforms and innovations,this study points out directions for enhancing the quality of embedded systems teaching in logistics management major while nurturing high-quality talents that meet contemporary needs and promoting intelligent development within the logistics industry.
