基于文本挖掘的物流类专业发展热点分析

摘　　要：物流业在现代社会中具有极其重要的地位,物流人才的培养决定物流业的发展,分析物流类专业的发展热点,对提升现代物流人才培养水平具有重要意义。基于网络平台中大量的评论数据,利用八爪鱼爬虫工具爬取知乎、哔哩哔哩平台中2018-2023年共5251条评论,通过文本预处理、分词后,选取33个词作为热点分析的关键词,并运用词频与词云图分析、网络可视化分析、社会网络中心度分析方法进行物流类专业发展的热点分析。根据分析结果,确定物流类专业的相关概念、物流作业、未来发展、相关产业四个方面的发展热点。Logistics industry has an extremely important position in modern society,the training of logistics talents determines the development of logistics industry,the analysis of the development of logistics professional hot topics are of great significance for improving the level of modern logistics personnel training.This paper conducts text analysis based on a large number of comment data in the network platform.The Octopus crawler tool is used to extract 5,251 comments from Zhihu and Bilibili platforms from 2018 to 2023.After text preprocessing and word segmentation,33 words are selected as keywords for hot topics analysis.Word frequency and word cloud analysis,network visualization analysis,social network centrality analysis are used to conduct hot topic analysis on the development of logistics realated majors.According to the analysis results,the development hot topics of logistics related concepts,logistics operations,future development and related industries are determined.
