摘　　要：在我国努力实现“碳中和、碳达峰”的目标,以及航运业顺应IMO碳减排政策要求的背景下,甲醇作为一种理想的船舶绿色燃料,具有高效、清洁、环保等多重优势。随着甲醇双燃料动力船舶的逐步推广和应用,如何确保船员具备适应这种新型动力船舶运营工作的专业知识和技能,已成为航运公司迫切需要解决的重要问题。本文基于现状分析,从培训内容、培训方法、培训实施等方面深入探讨了甲醇双燃料动力船舶船员培训的设计与实施问题,以帮助航运公司培养出具备高度专业素养和能力的船员队伍,为航运公司未来安全、高效地运营甲醇双燃料动力船舶提供坚实的人才保障。In the context of China's efforts to achieve the goals of"carbon neutrality and carbon peak,"and the shipping industry's compliance with IMO's carbon emission reduction policy requirements,methanol,as an ideal green fuel for ships,has multiple advantages such as high efficiency,cleanliness,and environmental friendliness.With the gradual promotion and application of methanol dual-fuel powered vessels,how to ensure that crew members possess the professional knowledge and skills to adapt to the operation of this new type of power vessel has become an important issue that shipping companies urgently need to address.Based on the current situation analysis,this paper deeply discusses the design and implementation of methanol dual-fuel powered vessel crew training from aspects of training content,training methods,and training implementation,to help shipping companies cultivate a crew with high professional quality and capabilities,providing solid talent support for the safe and efficient operation of methanol dual-fuel powered vessels in the future.
