基于CIPP理论的高职院校科研成果转化能力提升分析——以某职业学院为例

摘　　要：科研成果转化是推动经济社会发展和提升国家竞争力的关键因素。推动科研与产业深度融合,提高科技成果转化能力和步伐,对高等职业院校具有重要的现实意义。本文依据某职业学院科研成果转化SWOT分析结果,基于CIPP教育发展及评价模式理论,提出了提升高职院校科研成果转化能力的路径方案。The transformation of scientific research achievements is a key factor in promoting economic and social development and enhancing national competitiveness.Promoting the deep integration of scientific research with industry,and enhancing the capacity and pace of transforming scientific research achievements,has significant practical implications for higher vocational colleges.Based on the SWOT analysis results of the transformation of scientific research achievements at a certain vocational college,and drawing on the CIPP model theory of educational development and evaluation,this paper proposes a path plan to enhance the capacity of higher vocational colleges to transform scientific research achievements.
