摘　　要：本文探讨了在全球化和多极化的背景下,国际政治经济周期性变化的历史和现代格局。当前世界经济正经历转型,尤其是数字经济的兴起和全球经济权力的重新分配,在这一过程中大国竞争尤为显著。在世界动荡变革期国际合作尤显必要,尤其是在制定经济政策、促进金融稳定以及应对全球治理的挑战方面。最后,本文预测了国际政治经济未来的可能走向,包括科技革命如何重塑国际力量平衡,全球治理模式的调整以及资源竞争与地缘政治的新动态。国际社会应共同应对未来挑战,推动人类命运共同体建设。This article explores the historical and modern patterns of cyclical changes in international political economy against the backdrop of globalization and multipolarity.The current world economy is undergoing a transformation,particularly with the rise of the digital economy and the redistribution of global economic power,in which great power competition is especially prominent.During this period of global upheaval and change,international cooperation is essential,particularly in terms of formulating economic policies,promoting financial stability,and addressing the challenges of global governance.Finally,the article predicts possible future trends in international political economy,including how technological revolutions may reshape the balance of international power,adjustments in global governance models,and new dynamics of resource competition and geopolitical factors.The international community should work together to face future challenges and promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
