发展我国银发经济面临的挑战和优化路径研究

摘　　要：随着中国人口老龄化进程加速,银发经济成为我国经济高质量发展的新支点,发展银发经济成为应对老龄化趋势的重要举措。本文系统分析了我国银发经济的发展现状、面临的挑战以及未来优化路径。研究发现,老年人口数量的显著增加、消费品质需求的提升、消费能力的增强以及劳动人口年龄结构的变化,使得银发经济呈现出巨大的市场潜力。然而,银发事业、银发产业、银发就业分别面临养老金增速放缓、市场需求不足、人工智能冲击等方面的挑战。为此,本文在银发事业、银发产业与银发就业三个领域提出了一系列优化对策,以期推动我国银发经济的高质量发展。With the accelerating aging process of China's population,the silver economy has emerged as a new pillar for the nation's high-quality economic development.Developing the silver economy has become a crucial measure to address the aging trend.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation,challenges,and future optimization paths of China's silver economy.The study discovers that the significant increase in the elderly population,the rising demand for higher-quality con-sumption,the enhancement of consumption capacity,and changes in the age structure of the labor force have jointly revealed the immense market potential of the silver economy.However,the silver welfare sector,silver industry,and silver employment face respective challenges,such as the slowing growth of pension funds,insufficient market demand,and the impact of artificial intelligence.In response,this paper proposes a series of optimization strategies in the fields of silver welfare,silver industry,and silver employment,aiming to promote the high-quality development of China's silver economy.
