摘  要:为保障自主设计的燃气轮机气体燃料控制阀阀壳结构强度满足要求,以DN80气体燃料控制阀阀壳为研究对象,采用弹性应力分析方法通过有限元分析技术,研究了气体燃料控制阀阀壳在燃气轮机稳态和瞬态工况下的温度场及应力场分布,并根据塑性设计准则对其进行强度校核。研究表明:阀壳在燃气轮机稳态额定负荷工况、阀壳设计工况、阀壳水压试验工况和燃气轮机停机工况下强度设计合格;在燃气轮机热态起动工况、温态起动工况和冷态起动工况下应力比分别为1.86,2.00和1.51,均大于校核判据值1.5,强度安全裕度不足;通过结构优化改进,将阀壳出口凸台下圆角部位的圆角由0.5 mm增大到2 mm,阀壳在燃气轮机瞬态变工况下的应力水平显著降低,提高了结构强度安全余量。To guarantee that the structural strength of the self-designed gas turbine gas fuel control valve shell meets the specified requirements,taking the DN80 gas fuel control valve shell as the research ob-ject,through finite element analysis technology,the temperature field and stress field distributions of the gas fuel control valve shell under the stable and transient conditions of the gas turbine were studied by u-sing elastic stress analysis methods,and the strength calculation results were verified according to plastic design criteria.It has been found that the strength design of the valve shell is qualified under the steady state rated load condition of the gas turbine,the design condition of the valve shell,the hydraulic test condition of the valve shell and the shutdown condition of the gas turbine;the stress ratios under the hot start condition,the warm start condition and the cold start condition of the gas turbine are 1.86,2.00 and 1.51,respectively,which are all greater than the verification criterion value of 1.5,indicating the strength safety margin is insufficient.Through the structural optimization of the valve shell,the fillet at the rounded area below the valve outlet boss is increased from 0.5 mm to 2 mm.The stress level of the valve shell is significantly reduced under the transient variable operating conditions of the gas turbine,which increases the structural strength and safety margin.
