摘 要:呼吸治疗在我国的职业发展已有30年的历史,2022年呼吸治疗师被收录进《中华人民共和国职业分类大典》中,标志着呼吸治疗师正式获得国家权威机构认可。但我国呼吸治疗师的职业发展道路还很漫长,应抓紧落实呼吸治疗师职业资格认证体系,明确呼吸治疗师技能等级评定标准,规范呼吸治疗师医疗收费目录,解决呼吸治疗师通过自身劳动获得相应收益这一关键生存问题,进一步扩大专业的呼吸治疗师队伍,推动我国呼吸治疗师职业发展。The professional development of respiratory therapy in China has a history of 30 years.In 2022,respiratory therapists were included in the Occupational Classification Code of the People's Republic of China,which marks that respiratory therapists have been officially recognized by the national authority.However,there is a long way to go for the professional development of respiratory therapists in China.A professional certification system for respiratory therapists should be implemented,and it is necessary to clarify the skill level assessment standards for respiratory therapists,standardize the medical fee catalog for respiratory therapists,and address the critical issue of ensuring that respiratory therapists receive appropriate benefits for their work;additionally,the respiratory therapist workforce should be further expanded to promote the development of respiratory therapists in China.
