橡胶制品企业安全生产风险分析与管理对策

摘　　要：橡胶制品原材料特性危险,机械设备种类繁杂,在生产过程中存在诸多安全隐患,一旦发生事故,将严重威胁员工生命和企业财产安全。本文从人、机、环、管四个方面分析风险,辨识橡胶制品企业存在的安全隐患,并提出安全管理对策,以预防事故、促进企业健康发展。The raw materials of rubber products are hazardous,and there are various types of mechanical equipment involved in the production process,which poses many safety hazards in the production process.Once an accident occurs,it will pose a serious threat to the safety of employees' lives and the safety of the company's property.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of risks from 4 dimensions:human,machine,environment,and management.It identifies potential safety hazards in rubber product enterprises and proposes corresponding safety management measures to effectively prevent accidents and promote healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise.
