集束环切杆状药床点传火过程中的断裂特性研究

摘  要:为了使杆状发射药在点火阶段规则断裂为粒状药,实现高装填密度坦克炮内弹道过程的燃烧稳定性控制,设计了一种与传火管喷孔结构相耦合的序列环切杆状药结构,并开展了集束环切杆状药床点传火模拟试验研究,分析了点传火参数对这种集束环切杆状药床断裂特性的影响。试验结果表明:药室中部的杆状药断裂率及粒状药转化率均高于药室两端区域。传火药量为4 g时,整个药床在点火阶段的粒状药转化率为12.8%。随着点火药量增加,杆状药床转化为粒状药的比例增加。传火药量为5.5 g时,整个药床在点火阶段的粒状药转化率为30.7%。在此基础上,采用计算流体力学与离散单元法耦合,建立了杆状药断裂、运动、碰撞模型,并进行了数值模拟。模拟得到的杆状药断裂结果与试验测得结果基本吻合,平均误差约为10.5%,验证了模型的合理性。To make the ring-cut stick propellant break into granular propellant in a regular manner during the ignition stage and achieve the combustion stability control during the interior ballistics process of high loading density tank guns,a ring-cut stick propellant structure coupled with the hole position of the igniter was designed.An ignition experiment of the clustered ring-cut stick propellant bed was carried out to analyze the influence of ignition parameters on the fracture characteristics.The experimental results show that the fracture ratio of stick propellant and the conversion ratio of granular propellant in the middle of the chamber are higher than those in the two end regions.The conversion ratio of granular propellant in the entire propellant bed during the ignition stage is 12.8%when the charging mass of ignition powder is 4 g.As the mass of the ignition powder increases,the ratio of stick propellant bed converted into granular propellants increases.When the charging mass of ignition powder is 5.5 g,the conversion ratio of granular propellant is 30.7%.Based on the computational fluid dynamics and discrete element method,a three-dimensional model is established to simulate the fracture,motion,and collision of stick propellants.The simulated results of the fracture for the stick propellant are basically consistent with the experimental results,with an average error of about 10.5%,which verifies the rationality of the model.
