摘　　要：自建物流以其完善的全链条运营模式在提升客户满意度及企业效益方面有极大的优势。文中简述了DMAIC的具体实施过程,并针对自建物流企业——JD物流公司存在的物流时效性问题进行了具体应用,以期为自建物流企业改善物流时效提供依据,进而提升客户满意度。Self-built logistics has great advantages in improving customer satisfaction and enterprise benefits with its perfect whole chain operation mode.This paper briefly describes the specific implementation process of DMAIC,and applies it to the logistics efficiency problems existing in JD Logistics Company,a self-built logistics enterprise,in order to provide improvement basis for self-built logistics enterprises to improve logistics efficiency,and thus improve customer satisfaction.
