摘　　要：随着我国烟草行业的不断发展,烟草物流的重要性愈加凸显,其中仓储管理作为物流活动的重要环节,面临着因管理难度高、仓内布局不合理而导致的效率低下问题,影响企业成本及效益。因此,将基于系统布置设计(SLP)法,以A烟草公司为例,对其醇化库内部布局进行优化。首先,利用SLP法对该库内部各功能区域进行物流强度分析,得出功能区域之间的物流相关程度。其次,结合烟草公司原有储存原料相关要求,在功能区布置优化的基础上,考虑为不同储存要求的原料重新设计储位。最后,对比分析优化前、后两种仓库布局对仓库运作的影响。结果表明,优化后仓库内总物流强度相对于优化前减少了34.28%,各类烟叶原料库位设置集中化,避免了不同类烟叶同时出入库的路线交叉情况,大大提升了仓库运作效率。With the continuous development of China's tobacco industry,the importance of tobacco logistics has become more and more prominent,among which warehousing management,as an important part of logistics activities,faces the problem of low efficiency caused by high management difficulty and unreasonable layout in the warehouse,which affects the cost and efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,based on the System Layout Design(SLP)method,taking A Tobacco Company as an example,the internal layout of the alcoholization library was optimized.Firstly,the SLP method is used to analyze the logistics intensity of each functional area in the warehouse,and the degree of logistics correlation between the functional areas is obtained.Secondly,combined with the relevant requirements of tobacco companies for storing raw materials,based on optimizing the layout of functional areas,consider redesigning the storage location for raw materials with different storage requirements.Finally,the impact of the two warehouse layouts on warehouse operation before and after optimization is compared and analyzed.The results show that the total logistics intensity in the warehouse after optimization is reduced by 34.28% compared with before optimization,and the storage location of various tobacco raw materials is centralized,which avoids the intersection of routes of different types of tobacco leaves entering and leaving the warehouse at the same time,and greatly improves the operation efficiency of the warehouse.
