摘　　要：光伏板的回收再制造不仅蕴藏着巨大的社会经济价值,而且对生态环境和光伏产业的可持续发展具有重要的意义。以光伏板制造商、光伏电厂、再制造商和海外市场为主要成员,设计构建了一个回收再制造两阶段供应链网络。以供应链整体利润最大化为目标,分别建立了不同阶段的决策优化模型,并给出了各个成员的最优利润及定价决策结果。通过数值实验验证了相关决策结果的合理性和有效性。相关研究结果表明:(1)补贴策略能够明显增加供应链整体的利润,而且两个阶段中供应链各个成员的利润均有一定程度的提升,同时亦能够带来最优定价的提升;(2)回收率不仅增加供应链整体的利润,而且也可以有效调节利润在不同成员间的分配,同时能一定程度上稳定供应链中相关产品的最优定价。相关研究成果对光伏板回收再制造供应链网络设计及供应链整体可持续运营具有一定的参考和指导价值。The recycling and remanufacturing of photovoltaic(Pv) panels not only contains huge social and economic value,but also has important significance for the ecological environment and the sustainable development of Pv industry.With Pv panel manufacturers,photovoltaic power plants,remanufacturers and overseas markets as the main members,a two-stage recycling and remanufacturing supply chain network is designed and constructed.Aiming at the profit maximization of the whole supply chain,the decision optimization models of different stages are established respectively,and the optimal profit and pricing decision results of each member are given.The rationality and validity of the decision results are verified by numerical experiments.The relevant research results show that:(1)the subsidy strategy can significantly increase the overall profit of the supply chain,and the profit of each member of the supply chain in the two stages has a certain degree of improvement,and can also bring about the improvement of the optimal pricing;(2)The recovery rate not only increases the overall profit of the supply chain,but also effectively regulates the distribution of profit among different members,and can stabilize the optimal pricing of related products in the supply chain to a certain extent.The relevant research results have a certain reference and guidance value for the design of supply chain network of PV panel recycling and remanufacturing and the overall sustainable operation of supply chain.
