摘 要:随着消费者对食品安全及品质要求的提高,冷链物流作为保障水果、肉类等商品质量的重要手段,其弹性对于应对突发事件和市场波动具有重要意义。文中从经济与能源、生产与效率、技术与基础设施及服务与通信四个方面构建了多维度评价指标体系,结合CRITIC客观赋权法、GRA和TOPSIS法,对冷链物流系统弹性进行综合评估。最后,通过对我国四个省份的实证研究验证了指标体系构建的合理性,也验证了模型评估果类农产品冷链物流弹性水平的有效性。With the improvement of consumers' requirements for food safety and quality,cold chain logistics,as an important means to ensure the quality of fruits,meat and other commodities,is of great significance for coping with emergencies and market fluctuations.In this paper,a multi-dimensional evaluation index system is constructed from four aspects:economy and energy,production and efficiency,technology and infrastructure,and service and communication,and the elasticity of the cold chain logistics system is comprehensively evaluated by combining the CRITIC objective weighting method,GRA and TOPSIS method.Finally,the rationality of the construction of the index system is verified through the empirical study of four provinces in China,and the effectiveness of the model in evaluating the elasticity level of cold chain logistics of fruit agricultural products is also verified.
