摘　　要：智能制造产业链金融创新是现代金融与制造业深度融合的体现,旨在为智能制造产业链提供定制化、智能化的金融服务,是推动智能制造产业链升级转型的重要手段。文中首先界定了智能制造、智能制造产业链、智能制造产业链金融的概念,分析了智能制造产业链的特点和其金融制约因素。接着,介绍了智能制造产业链金融创新政策支持,包括财税政策和金融政策;探讨了创新路径,如技术创新、金融服务创新和信用模式创新。最后,梳理了产业链金融创新风险识别,并提出相应的防范措施,为智能制造产业链金融创新提供了理论支持。Financial innovation of intelligent manufacturing industrial chain is a manifestation of the deep integration of modern finance and manufacturing industry,which aims to provide customized and intelligent financial services for the intelligent manufacturing industrial chain and is an important means to promote the upgrading and transformation of intelligent manufacturing industrial chain.This paper first defines the concepts of intelligent manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing industrial chain,and financial services of the intelligent manufacturing industrial chain,and analyzes the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing industrial chain and its financial constraints.Then,the policy support for financial innovation of intelligent manufacturing industrial chain is introduced,including fiscal and taxation policies and financial policies.It also explores the innovative paths,such as technological innovation,financial service innovation,and credit model innovation.Finally,the paper sorts out the risk identification of financial innovation of industrial chain and proposes corresponding preventive measures,providing theoretical support for the financial innovation of intelligent manufacturing industrial chain.
