摘　　要：绿色低碳产业是辽宁省未来重点发展产业之一,对于推动技术创新、产业转型具有重要意义。在文献综述和理论分析的基础上,构建绿色低碳新兴产业评价指标体系,通过收集辽宁省近六年的数据,运用熵值法进行绿色低碳产业发展各方面的评价,并提出相应的发展建议,以期为绿色低碳新兴产业的发展、创新、升级提供理论支撑。Green and low-carbon industry is one of the key industries for future development in Liaoning Province,which is of great significance for promoting technological innovation and industrial transformation.Based on literature review and theoretical analysis,a green and low-carbon emerging industry evaluation index system is constructed.By collecting data from Liaoning Province in the past six years,the entropy method is used to evaluate various aspects of the development of green and low-carbon industries,and corresponding development suggestions are proposed to provide theoretical support for the development,innovation,and upgrading of green and low-carbon emerging industries.
