摘　　要：文中聚焦于物流设备资源共享机制在数字化驱动背景下的应用,特别是在备件库存、运维案例及人才资源三个核心领域的创新管理策略探讨。研究提出,构建备件库存、运维案例、人才资源三大共享中心,旨在通过数字化手段促进物流设备资源的高效整合与优化配置。这些功能需求的建立将显著提升物流设备的维护效率与故障快速解决能力,从而有效降低烟草物流的运营成本与维护成本。该研究不仅对于提升物流系统的运营效率具有显著作用,还为降低企业成本、增强整体市场竞争力提供了重要参考与实践路径。This paper focuses on the application of resource sharing mechanisms for logistics equipment in the context of digital transformation,particularly exploring innovative management strategies in three core areas:spare parts inventory,operational maintenance cases,and human resources.The research proposes the establishment of three major sharing centers for spare parts inventory,operational maintenance cases,and human resources,aiming to facilitate efficient integration and optimal allocation of logistics equipment resources through digital means.The establishment of these functional requirements will significantly enhance the maintenance efficiency of logistics equipment and the rapid resolution of faults,so as to effectively reduce operational and maintenance costs within the tobacco logistics industry.This research not only plays a significant role in improving the operational efficiency of logistics systems but also provides important references and practical pathways for reducing corporate costs and enhancing overall market competitiveness.
