摘  要:目的 探究对学龄前孤独症谱系障碍患儿实施饮食行为干预的效果。方法 将76例存在饮食行为问题的学龄前孤独症谱系障碍患儿按病区分为干预组和对照组各38例。对照组实施常规饮食指导,干预组在对照组基础上实施基于循证证据的饮食行为干预。结果 干预组36例、对照组35例完成研究。干预12周后,干预组饮食行为的主动进食能力维度评分显著高于对照组,而挑食、不良进食习惯维度评分,胃肠道症状及孤独症症状严重程度评分显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 对存在饮食行为问题的学龄前孤独症谱系障碍患儿实施基于循证证据的饮食行为干预,可有效改善患儿饮食行为问题,缓解胃肠道症状,减轻疾病严重程度。Objective To explore the effect of dietary behavior intervention in preschool children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods A total of 76 preschool children with autism spectrum disorder suffering from eating behavior problems were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine dietary gui-dance,while the experimental group additionally received evidence-based dietary behavior intervention.Results Thirty-six children in the experimental group and 35 children in the control group completed the study.After 12 weeks of the intervention,the subscale score of active eating ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while its subscale scores of picky eating and bad eating habits,gastrointestinal symptoms and the severity of autism symptoms were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Implementation of evidence-based eating behavior intervention for preschool children with autism spectrum disorder suffering from eating behavior problems,can effectively improve their eating behavior problems,alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms,and reduce the severity of the disease.
