摘　　要：通过梳理古籍,对保和丸的源流、方名、组成、剂量、制法、服法、药物基原、药物炮制以及功效主治进行考证。现行消食剂保和丸源于《丹溪心法》,方名取其药味平和、顺和胃气、阴阳和合之义;原方由山楂、神曲、半夏、茯苓、陈皮、连翘、莱菔子组成,其剂量比例为6∶2∶3∶3∶1∶1∶1,各药取末后,以面粉发酵后做成的蒸饼作为赋形剂制成丸剂,以温开水送服。历代医籍基本沿用原方,常用配伍比例为6∶2∶2∶2∶1∶1∶1,药物主要加减变化为增加麦芽。全方共奏消食导滞、和胃化积之效,临床广泛应用于消化系统、呼吸系统疾病以及代谢性疾病。This paper traces the historical evolution of Baohe Pills by reviewing ancient texts and verifying key information such as its origin,name,ingredients,dosage,preparation method,administration,herbal basis,processing techniques,and therapeutic indications.The current formula for Baohe Pills,a traditional digestive remedy to relieve food stagnation,originates from Danxi Xinfa(The Heart&Essence of Dan-Xi's Methods of Treatment),with its name reflecting its mild nature and harmonious taste of the ingredients,as well as its function to harmonize the stomach and promote the balance of yin and yang.The original formula consists of Shanzha(Crataegi Fructus),Shenqu(Massa Medicata Fermentata),Banxia(Pinelliae Rhizoma),Fuling(Poria),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Lianqiao(Forsythiae Fructus),and Laifuzi(Raphani Semen),with a dosage ratio of 6∶2∶3∶3∶1∶1∶1.These herbs are powdered and mixed with wheat flour,and the mixture is then fermented to form steamed cakes,which are then used as a base for shaping the pills.The pills are taken with warm water.Medical texts from various dynasties have mostly retained the original formula,with a commonly used ratio of 6∶2∶2∶2∶1∶1∶1,and the main modification being the addition of Maiya(Hordei Fructus Germinatus).The formula functions to promote digestion,alleviate stagnation,harmonize the stomach,and transform accumulation.Clinically,it has been widely used for digestive,respiratory,and metabolic disorders.
