摘　　要：随着异位妊娠发病率的升高,异位妊娠术后继发性不孕的发病率亦随之上升,单侧输卵管患者再生育方式的选择十分重要。介绍李佶教授治疗单侧输卵管继发性不孕的经验,认为该病的基本病机是肾虚肝郁血瘀,临床以活血化瘀、补肾健脾、疏肝理气分期治疗,疗效显著。相对于辅助生殖治疗,中药治疗具有治疗周期短、患者承受的痛苦小等优势,值得临床推广应用。并附验案1则。With the increasing incidence of ectopic pregnancy,the incidence of secondary infertility after ectopic pregnancy surgery also increases.The choice of reproductive methods for patients with unilateral fallopian tube involvement is crucial.This paper introduces Professor Li Ji's experience in treating unilateral tubal secondary infertility.The fundamental pathogenesis of this condition is identified as kidney deficiency,liver stagnation,and blood stasis.Clinically,treatment includes promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tonifying the kidneys and strengthening the spleen,as well as soothing the liver to regulate qi,with a staged treatment approach showing significant efficacy.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment has a shorter treatment cycle and less patient discomfort than assisted reproductive technologies,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application.One proven case is also presented.
