面向“十五五”的图书馆事业发展战略研究

摘　　要：“十四五”期间,我国图书馆事业快速发展,取得一系列令人瞩目的成就。目前,国家发展改革委已启动“十五五”规划的前期研究工作,图书馆事业也应继往开来,提前布局,做好“十五五”战略谋划工作。文章以“十四五”时期的国家政策方针、社会发展趋势以及图书馆事业发展为基础,提出“十五五”时期我国图书馆事业规划应采取的六大发展战略,分别是智慧化战略、专业化战略、智库化战略、包容化战略、媒介化战略和协同化战略,助力图书馆事业更上一层楼。During the period of"14th Five-Year Plan",libraries in China have obtained rapid development,made a series of remarkable achievements.At present,as the National Development and Reform Commission has started the preliminary research work of the"15th Five-Year Plan",librarianship should carry forward the past and open up the future,and prepare strategic planning for the"15th Five-Year Plan"in advance.Based on the national policy,social development trends and the development of library undertakings in the period of"14th Five-Year Plan",this paper puts forward six development strategies that should be adopted in the planning of library undertakings in the period of"15th Five-Year Plan",namely,intelligent strategy,professional strategy,think-tank strategy,inclusive strategy,mediated strategy and collaborative strategy,so as to help library undertakings to achieve a higher level.
