摘　　要：“十五五”时期是我国向2035年基本实现社会主义现代化目标迈进的关键期,同时也是全面深化改革、加速推进中国式现代化的重要时期。我国图书馆事业面临着复杂多变的国内外环境和更为严格的发展要求。图书馆事业作为推动中国特色社会主义文化繁荣兴盛和建设社会主义文化强国的重要力量,肩负着为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供坚实文化支撑的使命。文章通过系统回顾中国图书馆在战略规划领域的理论与实践贡献,归纳中国图书馆战略研究的阶段性特征,总结图书馆战略规划的中国特色,为国际图书馆界战略规划的制定与实施提供有益参考。The"15th Five-Year Plan"period is a crucial stage in China′s journey towards realizing its goal of basic socialist modernization by 2035,as well as an important period for comprehensively deepening reform and accelerating the development of China-style modernization.China′s library sector faces a complex and changing domestic and international environment,as well as stricter development requirements.As an important force driving the prosperity and flourishing of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and building a socialist cultural powerhouse,the library sector is tasked with providing a solid cultural support for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.By systematically reviewing the theoretical and practical contributions of Chinese libraries to strategic planning,summarizing the stage features of library strategic research in China,and summarizing the characteristics of library strategic planning in China,this paper aims to provide useful references for the formulation and implementation of global library strategic planning.
