摘 要:理解基础研究非均衡发展特征对实现高质量发展具有重要意义。本研究采用“增长极”理论与基尼系数的综合分析框架探讨中国省域基础研究的极核模式及其影响。通过详细的数据分析与实证研究,揭示了以下核心发现:①中国各省份在基础研究发展过程中普遍面临不均衡问题,表现为明显的极核发展模式,且这种模式在不同省份间表现出较大的差异性。②省域基础研究的极化模式与其整体发展水平之间不存在必然的联系,指出不同省份可能适用于不同的极化发展策略,尽管如此,某些典型省份的极核模式与其基础研究发展水平之间仍展现出特定的规律性与特征性。③提出的省域基础研究发展的极核模式评估方法,可以为国家及省级科技发展规划的优化提供量化的决策支持工具,为战略调整和资源优化提供参考。Understanding the characteristics of imbalanced development in basic research is crucial for achieving highquality development.This study adopts a comprehensive analytical framework combining“growth pole”theory and the Gini coefficient to explore the polar core patterns of provincial-level basic research in China and their implications.Through de⁃tailed data analysis and empirical research,the following key findings were revealed:①provinces in China generally face im⁃balances in the development of basic research,characterized by prominent polar core patterns that exhibit significant varia⁃tion across provinces.②there is no definitive relationship between the polarization patterns of provincial basic research and overall development levels,suggesting that different provinces may require tailored polarization strategies.Nevertheless,cer⁃tain typical provinces demonstrate specific regularities and characteristics in the relationship between their polar core pat⁃terns and basic research development levels.③the proposed evaluation method for polar core patterns in provincial basic re⁃search provides a quantitative decision-support tool for optimizing national and provincial science and technology develop⁃ment planning,offering valuable insights for strategic adjustments and resource allocation.
