数字经济、技术市场与企业创新:耦合协调水平与动态演进特征

摘　　要：从数字经济、技术市场与企业创新的互动机理出发,选取2013-2022年我国省际层面的面板数据,运用熵值法和耦合协调度模型测算了其协调发展水平,并进一步用核密度估计、空间自相关分析和收敛模型刻画了其动态演进特征。研究发现:①数字经济、技术市场与企业创新的协调发展水平整体较低,且区域间存在显著差异;②耦合协调度在空间分布上展现出“高-高”“低-低”的集聚特征,且区域发展差距有扩大化倾向;③耦合协调度在任何地区均不存在σ收敛和条件β收敛,只有东北地区存在绝对β收敛。建议推进新型数字基础设施建设,构建协同创新体系,实施因地制宜策略,以促进数字经济、技术市场与企业创新的深度融合与区域协调发展。Starting from the interactive mechanism among the digital economy,technology market,and enterprise inno⁃vation,this study selected panel data at the provincial level in China spanning from 2013 to 2022.The entropy method and coupling coordination degree model are employed to assess their coordinated development levels.Furthermore,the study u⁃tilizes the Kernel Density Estimation,spatial autocorrelation analysis,and convergence models to characterize the dynamic evolutionary features across temporal and spatial dimensions.The research findings are as follows:①The coordinated de⁃velopment level of the digital economy,technology market,and enterprise innovation is generally low,with significant re⁃gional disparities;②The coupling coordination degree shows the agglomeration characteristics of“high-high”and“lowlow”in spatial distribution,and the regional development gap tends to expand;③There are noσconvergence and condi⁃tionalβconvergence in the coupling coordination degree of the whole country as well as the eastern,central,western,and northeastern regions,but absoluteβconvergence exists in Northeast China.It is recommended to advance the construction of new digital infrastructure,establish a collaborative innovation system,and implement locally tailored strategies to facili⁃tate the deep integration of the digital economy,technology market,and enterprise innovation,thereby promoting coordina⁃ted regional development.
