摘　　要：作为经济社会发展的关键驱动与创新动能,新质生产力可凭借科技创新优势为中国式农业产业链现代化提供动力支撑。先行梳理新质生产力、中国式农业产业链现代化的概念,并厘清新质生产力赋能中国式农业产业链现代化的理论支撑。新质生产力通过数据要素嵌入重塑生产关系、绿色技术融入打造生态网络、人口红利跃迁夯实人才基底、产业形态颠覆重构发展格局的作用机理赋能中国式农业产业链现代化发展。仍需注意,在“大国小农”国情技术困阻、城乡二元结构矛盾传导、城乡要素流动制度障碍、农业产业边界融汇阻滞多重因素影响下,新质生产力赋能中国式农业产业链现代化面临科技创新的动力缺陷、“新介质”劳动资料的配置短板、“高素质”劳动者的结构失衡、“新料质”劳动对象的拓展受限等多重问题。对此,以“创新链”“智慧链”“人才链”“产业链”为切入点,提出种源科技创新与绿色技术推广并举、现代装备升级与基础设施完善协同、专项人才回流与新型主体培育并重、传统业态升级与未来农业布局同抓的建议,以期加速推动中国式农业产业链现代化发展。As a key driving force and innovative driving force for economic and social development,new quality produc⁃tivity can provide power support for the modernization of China’s agricultural industry chain through technological innovation advantages.Firstly,clarify the concepts of new quality productivity and modernization of the Chinese style agricul⁃tural industry chain,and clarify the theoretical support for empowering the modernization of the Chinese style agricultural in⁃dustry chain with new quality productivity.The new quality productivity reshapes production relations through the embedding of data elements,integrates green technology to create ecological networks,consolidates the talent base through demographic dividends,and subverts and reconstructs the development pattern of industrial forms,empowering the modernization develop⁃ment of China’s agricultural industry chain.It should still be noted that under the influence of multiple factors such as tech⁃nological difficulties in the national situation of“big country and small farmers”,the transmission of contradictions in the urban-rural dual structure,institutional barriers to the flow of urban-rural factors,and obstacles to the integration of agricul⁃tural industry boundaries,the empowerment of new quality productivity in the modernization of the Chinese style agricultural industry chain faces multiple problems such as the lack of driving force for technological innovation,the shortage of labor materials in the“new medium”,the structural imbalance of“high-quality”workers,and the limited expansion of“new ma⁃terial and quality”labor objects.In this regard,taking“innovation chain”,“smart chain”,“talent chain”and“industry chain”as entry points,suggestions are put forward to accelerate the modernization development of China’s agricultural in⁃dustry chain by combining seed source technology innovation with green technology promotion,coordinating modern equip⁃ment upgrading with infrastructure improvement,emp
