摘 要:针对目前沿空留巷技术存在的抽采管利用率不足的问题,以象山矿井21315综采工作面为研究对象,通过预先施工下沉式钻场,并采用沿空留巷技术及穿层钻孔技术对21315综采工作面进行瓦斯抽采管的布设,并对抽采管路施加保护措施,通过采空区预埋抽采管抽采瓦斯。结果显示:通过预先设计施工下沉式钻场并保护抽采管路,可以提高瓦斯抽采效率,延长管路使用寿命,增长抽采时间,有效解决了瓦斯积聚问题,保证安全开采。Aiming at the problem of insufficient utilization rate of extraction pipe existing in gob-side entry retaining technology,taking 21315 fully-mechanized mining face of Xiangshan Mine as the research object,the gas extraction pipe of 21315 fully-mechanized mining face was laid by pre-construction of sunken drilling field,gob-side entry retaining technology and through layer drilling technology,and protective measures were applied to the extraction pipe.Gas extraction was carried out by embedding extraction pipe in goaf.The results show that through the pre-design and construction of the sunken drilling field and the protection of the extraction pipeline,the gas extraction efficiency can be improved,the service life of the pipeline can be extended,the extraction time can be extended,the gas accumulation problem can be effectively solved,and the safe mining can be guaranteed.
