摘 要:随着煤矿开采深度的增加,敞开式TBM应用于深部煤矿巷道施工时遇到的不良地质问题逐渐突出。为了使敞开式TBM在深部巷道中安全、高效地施工,需要对敞开式TBM机型做出针对性设计,以应对断层及破碎带、高地应力、高地温、瓦斯突出等不良地质环境。断层及破碎带敞开式TBM配置超前钻注一体机1台、相互独立的锚杆钻机4台,可以有效地进行超前地质钻探及对破碎围岩进行加固;高地温环境下内/外循环水冷却系统、刀盘增加喷水嘴等设计可降低作业施工环境温度;对于其他不良地质环境均做出针对性设计。敞开式TBM针对性设计可以提高工作效率、降低施工成本、加快施工进度,在深部巷道不良地质施工中取得良好成果,并为其他类似工程提供借鉴和指导。With the increase of coal mining depth,the adverse geological problems encountered by open-type TBMs when applied to deep coal mine roadway construction are gradually highlighted.In order to make the open-type TBM work safely and efficiently in the deep roadway,it is necessary to make a targeted design for the open-type TBM to cope with the faults and fracture zones,high geostress,high geothermal temperature,gas protrusion and other adverse geological environments.The fault and fracture zone open-type TBM is equipped with 1 set of overdrilling and injection machine and 4 sets of independent anchor drilling machine,which can effectively carry out overdrilling and reinforce the fractured surrounding rock;the internal/external circulating water cooling system and the increase of water nozzles on the cutter plate in the high geothermal environment can reduce the temperature of the operation and construction environment;and the targeted design is made for the other unfavourable geologic environments.The targeted design of open-type TBM can improve the working efficiency,reduce the construction cost,accelerate the construction progress,and achieve good results in the construction of deep tunnels with bad geological conditions,and provide reference and guidance for other similar projects.
