煤体坚固性系数井下快速测定方法

摘  要:针对目前缺少一种在井下快速测定f值的方法及仪器的情况,寻找一种适用于井下的快速测定f值的方法。通过对比试验并结合井下环境对于测试方法的适用性做出分析,确定了井下f值测定的最适用方法。结果表明:“落锤法”具有对场地要求简单、仪器携带方便、测定准确性高、速度快等优点,故“落锤法”是井下快速测定f值的最适用方法。此方法可为在煤矿井下快速测定煤体坚固性系数提供参考,为煤矿生产提供快捷、准确、有效的技术指导,为煤矿安全生产提供可靠的技术保障。In view of the lack of a method and instrument for rapid determination of f-value in downhole,a method suitable for rapid determination of f-value in downhole was found.Through the comparative test and the analysis of the applicability of the test method in combination with the downhole environment,the most suitable method for the determination of downhole f-value was determined.The results show that the“drop weight method”has the advantages of simple site requirements,is easy to carry the instrument,high measurement accurately and rapidly.Therefore,the“drop hammer method”is the most suitable method for rapid determination of f-value in the downhole.This method can provide a reference for the rapid determination of the firmness coefficient of coal,provide rapid,accurate and effective technical guidance for coal mine production,and provide reliable technical support for coal mine safety production.
