摘 要:甘肃庆阳刘园子煤矿51507综放工作面收作期间,采空区遗煤且顶板上部存在浮煤,煤层自然发火期短,防火工作形势严峻。从煤层自燃条件出发,分析了该工作面采空区发生遗煤自燃的因素和原因,结合工作面实际情况,针对性提出了以“降低采空区氧气浓度”为核心的防火原则,制定控制向采空区漏风、注氮、灌浆、注胶体材料等综合防火技术措施。实践证明,该套技术措施保障了51507工作面的安全收作。During the working period of the 51507 fully mechanized caving face in Liuyuanzi Coal Mine,Qingyang City,Gansu Province,there was residual coal in the goaf and floating coal in the upper part of the roof,resulting in a short spontaneous combustion period of the coal seam and a severe fire prevention situation.Starting from the conditions of coal seam spontaneous combustion,this paper analyzes the factors and reasons for the occurrence of residual coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the working face.Based on the actual situation of the working face,targeted fire prevention principles with“reducing the oxygen concentration in the goaf”as the core are proposed,and comprehensive fire prevention measures such as controlling air leakage,nitrogen injection,slurry injection,and colloidal material injection into the goaf are formulated.Practice has proven that this set of technical measures ensures the safe operation of the 51507 working face.
