摘  要:以超细水泥为主要胶凝材料,添加水性环氧树脂、碳酸钙晶须和粉煤灰进行改性,研制了一种适用于加固松散破碎煤岩体的注浆材料,通过响应面法进行了条件优化试验,建立了回归模型,研究了环氧树脂、碳酸钙晶须和粉煤灰掺量对浆液流动性和结石体28 d抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明,注浆材料结石体28 d抗压强度随着环氧树脂、碳酸钙晶须和粉煤灰掺量的增加均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,浆液流动度随着环氧树脂和碳酸钙晶须掺量的增加先增大后减小,随着粉煤灰掺量的增大逐渐减小。经过响应面优化,得到注浆材料最优配合比,结合试验结果,证明了响应面法得到的模型准确度较高,可为类似注浆加固工程提供参考和借鉴。Ultrafine cement is used as the main cementitious material,and waterborne epoxy resin,calcium carbonate whisker and fly ash are added for modification.A grouting material suitable for reinforcing loose and broken coal and rock mass is developed.The condition optimization test is carried out by response surface method,and the regression model is established.The influence of epoxy resin,calcium carbonate whisker and fly ash content on slurry fluidity and 28 d compressive strength of stone body is studied.The results show that the 28d compressive strength of grouting material stone body increases first and then decreases with the increase of epoxy resin,calcium carbonate whisker and fly ash content.The slurry fluidity increases first and then decreases with the increase of epoxy resin and calcium carbonate whisker content,and decreases with the increase of fly ash content.Through the response surface optimization,the optimal mix ratio of grouting material is obtained.Combined with the test results,it is proved that the model obtained by the response surface method has high accuracy,which can provide reference for similar grouting reinforcement projects.
