摘 要:聚焦于矿山井下高承压含水体疏放水钻孔的孔壁防护问题,深入研究了高性能孔壁防护材料及其施工工艺。通过对防护材料成分、性能的分析,以及施工工艺各环节的详细探讨,旨在为矿山井下高承压含水体疏放水钻孔的安全施工提供理论依据和实践指导。研究结果表明,采用高性能水泥基材料、纤维增强剂、粉煤灰、硅灰以及高效减水剂等组成的孔壁防护材料,具有优异的抗压强度、低渗透性和良好的粘结性,能够有效抵御高承压含水体的压力,保障钻孔的稳定性。所提出的科学施工工艺能够在钻孔孔壁周围形成均匀且坚固的防护层,有效防止孔壁坍塌和涌水事故。研究成果对矿山开采安全和高效疏放水钻孔工程具有重要的应用价值。This study addresses the critical engineering challenge of drainage and water-release boreholes in high-pressure water-bearing strata in underground mines.It provides a comprehensive investigation into hole-wall protection materials and their associated construction techniques.By systematically analyzing the composition,properties,and functional performance of protection materials,along with the detailed examination of various construction processes,the study aims to establish a robust theoretical framework and offer practical guidance for the safe implementation of drainage and water-release boreholes under high-pressure conditions.The findings demonstrate that the selection of suitable hole-wall protection materials,combined with scientifically optimized construction techniques,significantly enhances the stability of boreholes by counteracting the pressures exerted by high-pressure water-bearing strata.This research holds substantial importance for ensuring the safety and efficiency of underground mining operations.
