摘　　要：习近平关于出版工作重要论述是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是马克思主义出版观中国化时代化的最新发展,传承于中国共产党百年来出版工作的历史经验,立足于新时代出版工作的实际要求所形成的理论体系。这一重要论述在价值立场层面坚持党管出版的党性原则和出版为人民服务的人民立场,在功能作用层面注重发挥出版的教育功能和沟通世界功能,在实施方略层面重视出版人才培养、推动建构融合发展格局、注重社会和经济效益相统一,为我国建设社会主义现代化出版强国提供了根本遵循和行动指南。新时代新征程要坚持党对出版工作的领导,注重出版工作“两个结合”,做强做优新时代主题出版,推进出版产业现代化发展。Xi Jinping’s important exposition on publishing is an important part of Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,is the latest development of sinicization and modernization of Marxist publishing concept.Xi Jinping’s important exposition on publishing work inherits the historical experience of the CPC’s publishing work over the past 100 years and is based on the theoretical system formed by the actual requirements of publishing work in the new era.This important exposition,at the level of value stance,it adheres to the Party spirit principle of the Party’s management of publishing and the people’s stance of publishing serving the people.At the level of functional role,it pays attention to giving play to the educational function and the function of communicating with the world of publishing.At the implementation strategy level,it attaches importance to the cultivation of publishing talents,promote the construction of an integrated development pattern,pay attention to the unity of social and economic benefits,and has provided fundamental guidance and action guidance for China’s construction of a socialist modern publishing power.To do a good job of publishing work in the new journey,we should adhere to the party’s leadership of publishing work,pay attention to the“two combinations”of publishing work,and strengthen and optimize the theme publishing in the new era,promote the modernization of the publishing industry.
