论公共图书馆红色文化资源建设中的碎片化问题及其应对策略

摘　　要：当前,公共图书馆红色文化资源建设在建设过程中也存在着碎片化现象,诸如管理组织碎片化、系统建设碎片化、服务定制碎片化及反馈碎片化等问题。因此,公共图书馆红色文化资源建设必须要树立系统观念,在管理维度创新长效化运营机制、系统维度激活各主体协同参与、服务维度满足个性化多元需求、反馈维度构建科学的评价体系,解决红色文化资源建设过程中的碎片化的整合问题,从而更好地弘扬红色文化、赓续红色基因。At present,the phenomenon of fragmentation exits in the construction of red cultural resources in public libraries,such as fragmented management organizations,fragmented system construction,fragmented service customization,and fragmented feedback.This study indicates that,to solve the fragmented integration problem in the construction process of red cultural resources in public libraries,aiming at better promoting red culture and continuing the red gene,it is highly necessary to establish a systematic concept,innovate long-term operation mechanisms in the management dimension,activate collaborative participation of various subjects in the system dimension,meet personalized and diverse needs in the service dimension,and construct a scientific evaluation system in the feedback dimension.
