摘　　要：在数智化浪潮中,人工智能技术迅速发展,深刻重塑了工作模式和职业环境,Z世代青年作为未来劳动力市场的核心群体,其职业发展面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。故探讨人工智能技术在赋能与挑战并存的情境下对Z世代职业可持续发展的多维影响。从积极面看,人工智能技术通过促进技能提升、增强职业自主性及资源获取能力,为Z世代创造了职业发展的新动力。然而,人工智能技术的普及也带来了职业稳定性降低、心理压力增加和创造力弱化等消极影响,甚至削弱了职业意义感和人际联结。因此,从组织层面构建技能培训与心理支持体系,从个人层面强化学习能力与适应性等,助力Z世代青年在人工智能时代实现职业可持续发展。In the wave of digital intelligence,the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has profoundly reshaped the work mode and career environment,and the career development of Generation Z youth,as a core group of the future labour market,faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges.Therefore,we explore the multidimensional impact of AI technology on the sustainable career development of Generation Z in the context of both empowerment and challenges.On the positive side,AI technology creates a new impetus for Generation Z’s career development by facilitating skill enhancement,career autonomy,and access to resources.However,the popularity of AI technology has also brought about negative impacts such as reduced occupational stability,increased psychological pressure and weakened creativity,and even weakened the sense of occupational meaning and interpersonal connections.so,we should buitd skills training and psychological support systems at the organizational level,and strengthens learning ability and adaptability at the individual level,in order to help Gen Z youth achieve sustainable career development in the AI era.
