行动者网络视域下高校创新创业人才培养研究

摘　　要：创新创业人才培养对于提升人才培养质量,实施创新驱动发展和人才强国战略具有重要意义。文章基于行动者网络视角,构建高校创新创业人才培养行动者网络,明晰人类行动者和非人类行动者的构成及角色定位,分析高校创新创业人才培养行动者网络的转译过程。指出在网络运行中存在的核心行动者支撑力薄弱、产学合作不紧密等问题,提出提升核心行动者实力水平以更好支撑创新创业人才培养网络运行等保障措施,在网络重构中不断推进创新创业人才培养进程,保障高质量创新创业人才培养目标的实现。The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is of great significance for improving the quality of talent training,implementing innovation-driven development and strengthening the strategy of talent development.Based on the perspective of the actor network,this paper constructs an actor network for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in universities,clarifies the composition and role positioning of human actors and non-human actors,analyzes the translation process of the actor network for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in universities.Then the paper points out the problems existing in the operation of the network,such as the weak support of core actors and the lack of close industry-university cooperation.Safeguard measures such as improving the strength level of core actors to better support the operation of the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training network are proposed,and the process of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training is constantly promoted in the network reconstruction to ensure the realization of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talent training goals.
