摘　　要：新质生产力赋能现代流通体系的高质量建设,需要加强技术创新、模式创新和管理创新,从而提升流通体系效率与质量、重塑体系结构与功能、增强适应性与稳定性。具体路径包括技术创新驱动流通市场化改革、模式创新优化商贸流通体系结构、技术创新与模式创新共同推进物流体系现代化、技术创新与管理创新增强交通支撑能力,以及技术创新与管理创新提升金融支持效力。该研究不仅为现代流通体系的高质量发展提供了理论依据和实践参考,也为政府、企业和金融机构等相关主体在新质生产力的应用和推广方面提供了有益的政策建议和实践指导。Empowering the high-quality construction of modern circulation system with new quality productivity requires strengthening technological innovation,mode innovation,and management innovation,thereby improving the efficiency and quality of circulation system,reshaping the system structure and function,enhancing adaptability and stability.The specific path includes driving market-oriented reform of circulation through technological innovation,optimizing the structure of commercial circulation system through model innovation,jointly promoting the modernization of logistics system through technological innovation and model innovation,enhancing transportation support capacity through technological innovation and management innovation,and improving the effectiveness of financial support through technological innovation and management innovation.This study not only provides theoretical basis and practical reference for the high-quality development of modern circulation system,but also provides useful policy recommendations and practical guidance for relevant entities such as government,enterprises,and financial institutions in the application and promotion of new quality productivity.
