摘　　要：在全球化竞争加剧与高等教育普及化的背景下,大学生职业生涯规划教育的重要性日益凸显。当前,高校通过举办职业规划讲座、邀请业界专家进校交流、组织职业规划大赛等活动进一步丰富了学生的职业规划体验。但仍存在教育内容不系统,学生往往盲目跟风没缺乏职业规划的明确的目标和计划,影响他们的学习效果和综合素质的提升,也限制了他们未来的发展潜力。高校通过引入职业测评工具、构建全程化教育体系、鼓励学科竞赛与创新创业、实施导师制引领等策略,提升大学生职业规划能力、增强就业竞争力,促进大学生全面发展,实现个人价值与社会需求的有机统一,为学生的职业发展奠定坚实基础。In the context of intensifying global competition and the popularization of higher education,the importance of career planning education for college students is increasingly prominent.Currently,universities enrich students’career planning experiences through activities such as holding career planning lectures,inviting industry experts to campus for exchanges,and organizing career planning competitions.However,there are still issues such as unsystematic educational content,and students often follow trends blindly without clear career planning goals and plans,affecting their learning effectiveness and overall quality improvement,and limiting their future development potential.Through strategies such as introducing career assessment tools,constructing a comprehensive education system,encouraging academic competitions and innovation and entrepreneurship,and implementing a mentorship system,universities can enhance college students’career planning abilities,increase their employability,promote their comprehensive development,achieve an organic unity between personal values and social needs,and lay a solid foundation for students’career development.
