摘 要:比例阀作为燃料电池发动机氢气供应系统的关键零部件,其主要作用是通过控制开度来调节燃料电池堆的氢气流量,进而控制入口压力。比例阀具有响应速度快、控制简单、成本低等特点。针对当前比例阀在燃料电池发动机中的实际应用场景,本文设计了不同试验条件下的比例阀工作特性试验方案,并以某款比例阀作为对象进行了试验验证,以期助力企业进行比例阀选型匹配和控制策略的优化。试验结果表明:比例阀在升载过程和降载过程中的工作特性存在一定差异,表现出明显的滞回区间,在开关机等工况条件下,需要进行控制策略的补偿;比例阀的工作特性与入口压力呈正相关,但是与出口压力相关性较小,应用时应重点关注比例阀前端供气压力。As a key component of hydrogen supply system of fuel cell engine,proportional valve is mainly used to regulate the hydrogen flow rate of fuel cell stack and control the inlet pressure by controlling the opening.It has the characteristics of fast response speed,simple control and low cost.Aiming at the actual application scenarios of the current proportional valve in fuel cell engines,the working characteristics test scheme of the proportional valve under different test conditions is designed,and a certain proportional valve is taken as the object of test verification,in order to help enterprises to select and match the proportional valve and optimize the control strategy.The test results show that the operating characteristics of the proportional valve are different from those of the proportional valve during load lifting and load dropping,and it has hysteretic interval.The working characteristics of the proportional valve are positively correlated with the inlet pressure,but the correlation with the outlet pressure is different,and the pressure of the front end of the proportional valve should be paid attention to when applied.
