摘　　要：基于2023年滇黔桂三省区的新生代农民工调查数据,利用Probit模型实证分析平台零工就业对新生代农民工过度劳动的影响。区别于传统就业模式,文章以数字平台的零工经济为切入点,深入探讨数字经济背景下的过度劳动问题。研究发现:平台零工就业显著提高了新生代农民工过度劳动概率,该结果在经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。异质性分析表明,平台零工就业加剧过度劳动的影响更多存在于低家庭参与程度和低数字技能水平的个体中。机制分析显示,弹性工作和社会保障是平台零工就业加剧过度劳动的重要影响机制。进一步讨论发现,平台零工就业对新生代农民工过度劳动时间深度具有显著正向影响。鉴于此,有必要制定针对性对策改善平台零工经济下劳动者的权益保障和福利待遇,以期促进平台零工经济健康有序发展。Based on the survey data of the new-generation migrant workers in the southwest ethnic areas in 2023,this article employs the Probit model for empirical analysis to investigate the influence of platform gig employment on the overwork of the new-generation migrant workers.Distinct from traditional employment patterns,this article takes the gig economy on digital platforms as the starting point to deeply explore the issue of overwork in the backdrop of the digital economy.The research findings indicate that platform gig employment significantly elevates the probability of overwork among the new-generation migrant workers,and this result remains valid after a series of robustness tests.The heterogeneity analysis reveals that the intensification of overwork due to platform gig employment is more prevalent among individuals with low family participation and low digital skills.The mechanism analysis indicates that flexible working arrangements and social security are significant influencing mechanisms that exacerbate overwork in platform gig employment.Further discussions uncover that platform gig employment has a significantly positive impact on the depth of overtime for the new-generation migrant workers.In light of this,it is essential to formulate targeted countermeasures to enhance the protection of rights and welfare benefits for workers in the platform gig economy,with the aim of facilitating the healthy and orderly development of the platform gig economy.
