摘  要:产教融合将有效促进人才链、产业链和教育链的高效衔接,提高人才培养质量。该文以南京航空航天大学高级质量管理与实践课程为例,简述航空航天特色产教融合课程的建设思路,探索质量人才培养供给侧改革,进而从课程资源建设、教学改革、教学评价三个维度介绍具体措施。课程改革成效明显,打造“理论讲授-实践案例-创新区科研能力训练-企业实习实践”融合式教学平台,提升学生创新和实践能力。The integration of industry and education will effectively promote the efficient connection of the talent chain,the industrial chain and the education chain,and improve the quality of talent training.Taking the course Advanced Quality Management and Practice of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics as an example,this paper briefly describes the construction ideas of the industry-education integration course with aerospace characteristics,and explores the supply-side reform of quality talent training.Then,specific measures were introduced from three dimensions:curriculum resource construction,teaching reform and teaching evaluation.The curriculum reform has achieved remarkable results,and an integrated teaching platform of"theoretical teaching-practical cases-scientific research ability training in innovation zone-enterprise internship practice"has been created to improve students'innovation and practical ability.
