摘  要:火电厂的碳排放监测是电力行业碳计量的关键步骤,而直测法因人为干预少、自动化程度高、时效性强等优点备受关注,火电机组烟气直测法不确定度在线评定方法的实践应用对提高火电厂碳排放数据质量具有重要意义。建立了火电机组在线评定系统,选取湖北省某电厂660MW机组进行烟气直测法在线不确定度评定,得到该机组某时刻相对不确定度为5.7%,分析了对机组进行在线不确定度评定具有的实时性、全面性、科学性、系统性等优点,针对不确定度来源提出优化措施,对建立不确定度分析模型统一标准具有重要参考价值。The carbon emission monitoring of thermal power plants is a key step in carbon measurement in power industry,and the direct measure method has attracted much attention due to its advantages of less human intervention,high degree of automation and strong timeliness.The practical application of the uncertainty online evaluation method for flue gas direct measure of thermal power units is of great significance for improving the quality of carbon emission data in thermal power plants.This paper establishes an online evaluation system for thermal power units and selects a 660 MW unit from a power plant in Hubei Province for online uncertainty evaluation using flue gas direct measure method,obtaining the 5.7%result of the relative uncertainty of the unit at a certain moment,then analyzes the advantages of real-time,comprehensiveness,scientificity and systematicness of online uncertainty assessment for units,and finally puts forward optimization measures according to the source of uncertainty,which has important reference value for establishing unified standard of uncertainty analysis models.
