摘 要:配电网常对已有线路加工改造,将单回线路改造为同杆并架双回线路以满足日益增长的供电需求,为实现含同杆并架线路的10kV中压配电系统接地故障可靠选线,从同杆并架双回线电容矩阵出发,对扩展卡伦鲍尔变换和相应等值电路进行分析,结合仿真探究了含同杆并架双回线配电网的接地故障特征,与相同架设高度的非同杆并架线路进行了对比,在此基础上提出了一种适用于含同杆并架双回线的中性点不接地配电网选线方法,将选线过程分为对每组同杆并架线路选线的“界内选线”和对其他线路进行选线的“界外选线”两部分。经仿真验证该方法能对含同杆并架线路的中性点不接地的配电网单相接地故障有效选线。Distribution networks often modify the existing lines,transforming single-circuit lines into double-circuit lines on the same tower to meet the increasing demand for power supply.In order to achieve reliable selection for ground faults of 10 kV medium-voltage distribution systems with double-circuit lines,this paper starts from the capacitance matrix of the double-circuit lines on the same tower and analyzes the extended Karenbauer transform and corresponding equivalent circuits,then combines with simulation to explore the ground fault characteristics of distribution networks with double-circuit lines on the same tower,and make a comparison with the single-circuit lines of the same erection height,and finally on this basis,proposes a method of line selection suitable for neutral ungrounding distribution network with double-circuit lines on the same tower.In the proposed method,the selection process is divided into two parts:"within boundary line selection"for each group of double-circuit lines on the same tower,and"out-of-bound line selection"for other lines.The simulation verification is carried out to show that the proposed method can be used for effective line selection of single-phase ground faults in neutral ungrounding distribution network with double-circuit lines on the same tower.
