摘  要:为构建适用于工程应用中成套设备防止有害凝露的科学通风技术系统;首先,对IEC 61439-1:2020通风措施进行了分析,结果表明,标准中的通风措施存在缺陷;其次,利用热力学和凝露定义等理论并结合已有技术和经验,在解决了“低温点预判”等技术问题的基础上,构建了适用于工程应用的通风技术系统;继而,提出了对IEC 61439-1:2020通风措施的完善建议。分析讨论后概括主要结论:IEC 61439-1:2020防止有害凝露通风措施是一项总体要求,标准还应该具备对实施进行统一和规范必要的要求型条款;通风是防止成套设备有害凝露的有效方式,文中构建了适用于工程应用的科学通风技术系统;建议在标准中增加规范性附录,以系列要求型条款明确通风整体要求。In order to build a scientific ventilation technology system suitable for preventing harmful condensation of assemblies in engineering applications,firstly,an analysis is made on the ventilation measures in IEC 61439-1:2020,and the results show that the ventilation measures in the standard are defective.Secondly,theories such as thermodynamics and condensation definition are used,combined with existing techniques and experience,and on the basis of solving the technical problems such as"low temperature point prediction",to construct the ventilation technology system suitable for engineering application.Finally,some suggestions for improving IEC 61439-1:2020 ventilation measures are put forward.After analysis and discussion,the main conclusions are summarized as follows:IEC 61439-1:2020 ventilation measures to prevent harmful condensation are a general requirement and the standard should also have requirement clauses that are necessary to unify and standardize implementation.Ventilation is an effective way to prevent harmful condensation of complete equipment.The paper establishes a scientific ventilation technology system suitable for engineering application,and also suggests adding a normative appendix to the standard to clarify the overall requirements of ventilation with a series of requirement clauses.
