摘 要:配电网线路具有分支多、拓扑复杂、供电级数多的特点,随着分布式电源接入,有源配电网线路面临着传统阶段式过流保护难以配合、缺乏选择性、无法快速准确定位故障区域、部分支路因缺少TA或断路器而无法保护等难题,提出一种适用于配电网的多区域保护整体解决方案,基于简洁、高效、易于扩展的网络通信架构,实现区域内各分支线及区域间保护设备信息共享。区域采用多端不完全差动保护作为主保护可快速隔离故障,利用失灵保护和死区保护作为区域间的快速后备保护,实现对大范围配网区域的无死角保护。对方案中的关键技术和面临的问题进行了深入探讨,基于本方案开发的保护系统已经在某市配网中得到试点应用,并成功进行了真型试验。Distribution network lines have the characteristics of many branches,complex topology and multiple power supply series.With the access of distributed power supply,active distribution network lines are faced with problems such as the difficulty of traditional stage-type overcurrent protection,lack of selectivity,inability to locate fault areas quickly and accurately,and failure to protect some branches due to the lack of TA or circuit breakers.In order to address the above problems,this paper proposes an integrated solution of multi-area protection for distribution network.This solution is based on a concise,efficient and easily scalable network communication architecture to realize the protection equipment information sharing among branches and inter-regions.The multi-end incomplete differential protection can be used as the main protection to quickly isolate faults,and the failure protection and dead zone protection are used as the quick backup protection between regions to achieve no-dead angle protection for a wide range of distribution network areas.Finally,the key technologies and problems in the scheme are discussed in depth.The protection system developed based on the proposed scheme has been pilot-applied in the distribution network of a certain city and has also successfully passed full-scale tests.
