摘　　要：分析了某变电站避雷器连接小瓷瓶开裂的原因。首先介绍了避雷器的重要性以及与小瓷瓶结合使用的优势,接着描述了避雷器绝缘小瓷瓶开裂的具体情况,包括设备信息、运行状况以及检测出的裂缝情况。在试验部分,通过外观检查和原材料测试,发现瓷瓶中部螺杆锈蚀严重,但瓷瓶材质符合要求。综合运行工况分析和瓷瓶开裂分析,指出了防水胶老化脱落导致密封性不足以及铁锈膨胀最终撑破瓷瓶的情况。最后,给出了排查其他同类型设备、更换避雷器或增加防水胶和橡胶密封圈的建议。This paper analyzes the cracking cause of the connection small porcelain bottle for surge arrester in a substation.The paper first introduces the importance of surge arrestors and their advantages when combined with small porcelain bottles,then describes the specific circumstances of the cracked insulating small porcelain bottle of surge arrester,including equipment information,operational status,and detected crack patterns.In the test part,through visual inspections and raw material testing,it is found that the central bolt of the porcelain bottle is seriously corroded and the material of the porcelain bottle meets the requirements.Combining with the operating condition analysis and porcelain bottle cracking analysis,the paper points out that the aging of waterproof glue leads to insufficient sealing and the rust expansion burst the porcelain bottle at last.Finally,the paper provides the recommendations for inspecting the similar devices in other substations,replacing surge arresters or adding waterproof glue and rubber seals.
