健康中国背景下社区卫生服务高质量发展的战略与策略

摘　　要：夯实医疗服务的网底与基础、提升基层卫生服务能力,对于保障人民群众的生命健康和维护社会安全稳定具有重要意义。文章阐述健康中国的战略意义,解析健康中国建设的主要指标,并基于新质生产力提出社区卫生服务可持续发展策略:完善硬件设施配置、加强基层诊疗能力、丰富基层服务内涵、优化社区药品配备、夯实慢病防控网底和发展社区4CH8健康管理模式,以期促进基层卫生服务高质量发展。Strengthening the network and foundation of medical services,enhancing the capacity of grassroots health services,is of great significance for safeguarding the lives and health of the people and maintaining social security and stability.The paper elaborates on the strategic significance of Healthy China,analyzes the main indicators of Healthy China construction,and proposes sustainable development strategies for community health services based on new quality productivity:improving hardware facility configuration,strengthening grassroots diagnosis and treatment capabilities,enriching the connotation of grassroots services,optimizing community drug allocation,consolidating the chronic disease prevention and control network,and developing the community 4CH8 health management model,in order to promote high-quality development of grassroots health services.
